Lavender Lemonade Cocktail

It’s no secret that I’m really into lavender these days (check out my DIY for lavender sachets, you won’t regret it), and I just had to share my latest lavender discovery with you!

This fresh summer drink is a fun twist on lemonade, with the added bonus of the calming scent of lavender – seriously, so yummy! The secret ingredient is a lavender infused simple syrup from Sonoma Syrup Co.,  but be warned, you’ll start using it in everything (or at the very least, in your margaritas – thank me later). For added fun or if you’re entertaining, you could throw some sprigs of lavender into your ice cube tray before freezing – voilà, edible floral ice cubes!

Lavender Lemonade 🍋
Makes 1 1/2 quarts

1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx 6 lemons)
1/2 cup superfine sugar (or more if desired)
4 cups water
4.5 ounces of vodka
2 tsp Sonoma Syrup lavender infused simple syrup


Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until completely smooth. Pour over ice. You can also blend the drink with the ice for a lavender lemonade slushie!
