Acai Berry Smoothie





Açaí Berry Smoothie

Serves 5

You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 3.5 oz packet of unsweetened açaí berry puree (from Trader Joe’s frozen aisle)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups OJ (Trader Joe’s Florida OJ is best!)
  • 1/2 cup water

This one is super simple – just place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until desired consistency. The great thing about smoothies is you can play around with the recipe – if you adore pineapple, you can just add another handful without worrying you’ll mess up some delicate balance.
